BUT ALAS, who among us has time to implement pain relief into their existing schedules, anyway? Certainly not I.
Pardon me while I get up to make my kids some waffles, put the tea on, get distracted remembering I need to brush my teeth and take my meds, and throw in a load of laundry after roaming all around the house collecting clumps upon piles of everyone’s dirty clothing. Actually, wait—I should get out of my pajamas before I run this load, because I should wash the stuff I’m wearing. I need to clean the bathroom today, though, so I should do that before I get out of my PJs. I’ll just—oh, shit. The waffles. When is my Adderall going to kick in?

I am so sorry about your pain! I had something similar happen to me and ended up getting diagnosed with cervical dystonia by a Neurologist last year. Now I get a bunch of Botox in my neck and shoulders every three months. It's great fun this chronic pain bs. Lovely design. No notes.
